Coco and White Dresser Redo

When I snatched up this plain little Craigslist find for a song, it looked pretty drab.  Wobbly wooden knobs, scratched and damaged sides, and the surface had definitely seen better days.  It had water rings from mugs, a big blog of ink and a faded, chipped surface.

And I don't know when contact paper was invented, but I'm fairly certain the original owners of this dresser were among the first users.  It was brittle and so hard to get out of the drawers.  The pattern?  Flagstone.  Because who wouldn't want it to look like a flagstone path inside your dovetailed dresser drawers?  (And why didn't I take a picture?!)

A little facelift later, and this dresser has a new lease on life.

I used Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Coco and Pure White.  I distressed it, waxed it, added some blingy knobs and voila!  From boring to beautiful!

This beauty is available!
